Ultra Low Profile Single Axis ML164-10 Translation Stages features height of 10.5 mm, two axis XY stage - 21 mm. To match the low height of the stage, thin micrometers with small knob diameter (13 mm) are used as driving screws. Multi-axes stages can be easily assembled to combine ML264-10 and ML164-10 stages with angle bracket 2AB164 for 3 axis translation system.
