Micro and Nano stages

The Micro- and Nano-Stages are nanometer resolution XYZ positioning stages capable of precise linear positioning. The Nano-Stages use piezo nanopositioners.  The Micro-Stages use flexure design mechanics with high resolution micro-stepped motors. Typical applications include biomedical, microbiology, cell handling, micro machining, optics, fiber alignment, probe stations and microscope stages.
